Moleskine Phase

A sound art and composition project commissioned by Moleskine for the Moleskine Portrais event at Exit Art NY. The first part of this project involved sampling a range of Moleskine projects and creating a series of loops. These loops were arranged into a gently evolving composition based on phasing cycles. These loops were then chopped up and exported onto portable MP3 players, which were placed on random and enclosed in custom made speaker boxes. During the exhibition, guests were allowed to play with the speaker boxes, distributing the composition in space.
